В общем гирлянда работает и программа для неё тоже, если кто думает что в этой гирлянде каждый светодиод может своим цветом гореть, то тут нет такого и так же не рекомендую больше 200 светодиодов брать. так как последние очень плохо светятся из за того что напряжение там уже низкое.
